INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – August 29, 2011 – 2011 U.S. national trampoline champion Savannah Vinsant of Lafayette, La./Trampoline and Tumbling Express, performed the highest degree of difficulty ever for an American woman on the trampoline at last month’s Canada Cup, USA Gymnastics has confirmed. Vinsant’s routine, valued at a 14.5 degree of difficulty, included a triple front flip half out and a double twisting double back flip and earned her a fifth place finish at the Canada Cup in a field that included three-time Olympic trampoline medalist Karen Cockburn of Canada.
