Following a storied athletic career and a lifetime of service in the military and law enforcement, USA Gymnastics trampoline and tumbling legend and Hall of Famer Karl Heger has been selected as the winner of the 2026 Robert Miller Spirit of the Flame Award.

Nearly 100 athletes, including Olympic and World champions and medalists, are geared up to compete at this year’s U.S. Classic and Hopes Championships.

American rhythmic gymnasts notched top-15 all-around finishes abroad as trampoline and tumbling athletes in the U.S. won development and HUGS titles.
