USA Men’s Olympic Team to Train as Planned

In light of the resolution that was rescinded by the Spartanburg County Council (No. 1366 concerning family structure), the USA Men’s Olympic Gymnastics Team will train in Spartanburg as planned prior to the 1996 Games.

In light of the resolution that was rescinded by the Spartanburg County Council (No. 1366 concerning family structure), the USA Men’s Olympic Gymnastics Team will train in Spartanburg as planned prior to the 1996 Games.

“We’re happy that the issue was resolved so that we can keep our plans intact,” said Ron Galimore, USA Gymnastics Men’s Program Director. “We’ve worked very hard with the Spartanburg Community Events and chairperson Daniel Bearer to make this happen and we’re glad that we’ll be able to train in Spartanburg prior to the Games.”
