INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Based on performances at the recently completed training camp at the Women’s National Training Center in Huntsville, Texas, USA Gymnastics has assigned members of the U.S. Women’s National Team to four events scheduled for March 2007.

“The U.S. women have a busy March, kicking off with the Tyson American Cup on March 3,” said Steve Penny, president of USA Gymnastics.  “2007 is an important year for us in preparation for the 2008 Olympic Games, and we are sending our athletes to a number of events where they can gain valuable experience.  Our talent and depth in women’s gymnastics continues to be among the best the world.”
