USA Rhythmic Team

In preparation for the 2007 World Championships, the US individuals trained intensively for 8 days in Croatia before heading to Greece; while there they benefited from the very healthy, natural environment, surrounded by water and woods, took a boat ride to the gym and worked 6 hours a day on ballet and perfecting their routines.

From there, they met up with the Group delegation and everyone supported the USA Team effort. Of note, in the center of the city of Patras was a large promotional photo display of the rhythmic stars which included our own Rachel Marmer.

US National judge Kristi Kirksey (Los Angeles) came to Patras to see the world’s best and support the team, as did current Junior National Team member and Ball Champion Viktoriya Syatkina, who had competed in a club event in Greece.

All of our athletes and coaches worked very hard to raise the US world ranking in Patras…
