PLOIESTI, Romania, May 28, 2015 – The USA’s Gabrielle Lowenstein of Huntington Beach, Calif./Eurogymnastics, won five medals, including the senior all-around bronze, at the 2015 Spring Cup in Ploeisti, Romania, May 23-25. Shannon Xiao of Fairfax, Va./Gymnastics Worlds, won the all-around title in the pre-junior division.
In the senior competition, Lowenstein earned scores of 14.700, hoop; 16.350, ball; 16.350, clubs; and 16.000, ribbon, giving her a 63.400 total in the all-around. In addition to the all-around bronze, she won the silver for clubs, and bronze in hoop, ball and ribbon.
Xiao posted a 54.200 to win the pre-junior all-around title, behind scores of 13.850, rope; 13.950, hoop; 13.550, ball; and 12.850, clubs.
