2012 Olympian John Orozco has been diagnosed with a torn anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) and associated meniscus damage. He injured his left knee on a dismount from the parallel bars during the Oct. 19 show of the Kellogg’s Tour of Gymnastics Champions in St. Louis. Orozco is expected to have surgery early next month, and a decision will be made in the near future about whether or not he will return to the Kellogg’s Tour in some capacity. USA Gymnastics will provide more detailed information when it is available.
