COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The United States Olympic Committee today announced the finalists for the Team USA Awards presented by Dow, Best of March, which recognize the outstanding achievements of Team USA athletes from last month. Fans are invited to vote for their favorite athletes and teams at TeamUSA.org/Awards through midnight Monday, April 8.
Carey won four gold medals in two World Cup competitions: Baku, Azerbaijan, and Doha, Qatar. She won the vault and floor exercise titles on March 16-17 in Baku, and followed that up with vault and floor golds in Doha on March 22-23. Carey leads the vault and floor rankings in the FIG’s World Cup 2020 Summer Olympics Qualification, which will conclude one year from now.
