GAINESVILLE, Fla. – In the nation’s top meet of the weekend, the Florida Gators claimed a 198.175 – 197.525 win over the Alabama Crimson Tide in front of a Stephen O’Connell Center crowd of 8,867 – the program’s sixth-largest gymnastics crowd.

FORT WORTH, Texas — Behind its season-best score, the No. 2 Oklahoma women’s gymnastics team soared to a first-place finish at the competitive 2016 Metroplex Challenge inside Fort Worth Convention Center on Saturday night.

LINCOLN, Neb. – Grace Williams led Nebraska with a career-high 39.500 in the all-around as the 17th-ranked Huskers defeated No. 3 Michigan by a score of 196.775-196.550 in front of 2,113 fans Friday night at the Devaney Center.

LEXINGTON, Ky. – Despite placing over a 195 for the third consecutive meet, the Kentucky Wildcats gymnastics team fell to the Georgia Bulldogs on Friday evening in Memorial Coliseum, 196.275 – 195.025.

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Bowling Green State University gymnastics team set season-high scores on vault exercise and balance beam, as well as a season-high overall team score on Saturday at the program’s first ever meet inside of the Stroh Center. The Falcons fell to No. 14 University of Denver 196.125-194.525.

CORVALLIS, Ore. – Junior All-American Madeline Gardiner did it again winning the all-around competition for the fourth straight meet as the 15th-ranked Oregon State gymnastics team defeated Arizona State 195.875-193.075 in the Beavers’ 11th annual DAM Cancer meet before a Gill Coliseum crowd of 3,313.

NORMAN — The top-ranked Oklahoma men’s gymnastics team dominated the field Saturday by posting a 447.400 in its first home meet of the year to best No. 6 Iowa (426.950) and No. 8 California (425.850) in front of 1,141 fans, including more than 300 students from Cleveland Elementary School, on Cleveland Night inside McCasland Field House.
