INDIANAPOLIS, Ind., Nov. 10, 2009 – In this season’s final episode, “USA Gymnastics: Behind the Team presented by AT&T” takes fans Across the Pond to relive the events and experiences of the U.S. World Championships Team at the 2009 World Gymnastics Championships in London, where the USA won five medals and retained the women’s all-around title.

From recapping the competition to traveling by bus through the city of London for sightseeing and shopping, fans get a rare glimpse of the gymnasts during their off time as they celebrate their achievements.

Eight members of the 2009 U.S. World Team advanced into finals at the World Championships, which featured an individual event and all-around format. Fans have the opportunity to hear first-hand from 2009 world all-around champion Bridget Sloan of Pittsboro, Ind.; world vault champion Kayla Williams of Huntington, W.V., all-around silver-medalist Rebecca Bross of Plano, Texas; and balance beam bronze-medalist Ivana Hong of Allen, Texas, as well as members of the men’s squad, which included Jake Dalton of Sparks, Nev.; Wes Haagensen of Colorado Springs, Colo.; Jonathan Horton of Houston; Steven Legendre of Flower Mound, Texas; Danell Leyva of Miami; and Tim McNeill of Falls Church, Va., talk about their experiences at the World Championships.
