MEDELLIN, Colombia, April 27, 2018 – Led by Logan Gilbert of Paris, Texas/Texas Tumbling and Trampoline, who posted the top mark in the junior men’s trampoline qualification competition, all four U.S. junior trampolinists advanced to tomorrow’s finals at the 2018 Pacific Rim Championships in Medellin, Colombia.

Gilbert earned scores of 44.745 and 55.105, giving him a 99.850 total and first place in the qualification round. Zachary Ramacci of St. John, Ind./ Midwest Training and Ice Center, earned scores of 42.690 and 54.835. His two-routine total was a 97.525. He qualified to the final in fourth position.

In the junior women’s competition, Sydney Senter of Aiea, Hawaii/Hawaii Trampoline and Tumbling, earned scores of 41.765 and 53.105 to advance to the final in third position with a 94.870. Her second routine included a piked Triffus and closed with a layout full-full. Miah Bruns of St. John, Ind./Midwest Training and Ice Center, posted a 42.675 in her first routine and a 51.975 in her second. Her 94.650 two-routine total was good for fourth in the qualification standings a place in the final.
