Six more athletes earned their spots in this year’s Nastia Liukin Cup (NLC) following performances at various invitationals over the weekend. Exactly half of the qualifiers have been named with less than a month to go until the competition February 25 in Louisville.

The following athletes qualified in Week 4:

  • Atlanta Centennial Classic, Atlanta, Ga. — Senior: Jahzara Swaby-Ranger (Coconut Creek, Fla./American Twisters Gymnastics), junior: Caylee Cain (Indian Land, S.C./Southeastern Gymnastics Center)
  • UGA Invitational, Tinley Park, Ill. — Senior: Madison Gustitus (Naperville, Ill./Legacy Elite Gymnastics), junior: Ella Kate Parker (West Monroe, La./Cincinnati Gymnastics)
  • Vegas Cup, Las Vegas, Nev. — Senior: Lily Pederson (White Bear Lake, Minn./Flips Gymnastics), junior: Olivia Choi (Issaquah, Wash./Pacific Reign Gymnastics)

Pederson and Swaby-Ranger are both past Nastia Liukin Cup qualifiers, while Cain, Choi, Gustitus and Parker will all make their NLC debuts. Eight more gymnasts will qualify during invitational meets next weekend.
