West Chester, Pa. (April 13) – Defending champion Lindenwood University made it two in a row on Saturday, winning the 2024 team title at the USA Gymnastics Women’s Collegiate National Championships in Pennsylvania.

LIndenwood turned in a score of 195.700 to repeat as the gold medal-winning team. Texas Women’s University claimed silver with a 195.450, and the U.S. Air Force Academy took bronze with a 194.850.

The Lions’ championship-winning total was helped by Nya Kraus’ first-place performance on floor exercise, where she tied with TWU’s Sophie Hernandez with a 9.850. Lindenwood’s Kaylee Cooper and Hannah Moon also posted top scores of 9.900 on uneven bars, tying Maggie Slife of Air Force.

The championships conclude the collegiate season for Division I, II, and III colleges who offer less than eight full scholarships. In their time competing at the USAG National Championships, Lindenwood University has won team gold five times, including their title in 2024 (2015, 2016, 2019, 2023).
