INDIANAPOLIS, Feb. 8, 2016 – Danell Leyva of Miami/Team Hilton (Universal Gymnastics), will represent the USA at the 2016 World Cup on March 20 at the Porsche Arena in Stuttgart, Germany. The Stuttgart World Cup concludes the International Gymnastics Federation’s all-around World Cup Series, which includes the 2016 AT&T American Cup and Glasgow (Great Britain) World Cup.

Leyva won the 2015 World horizontal bar silver medal, as well as the U.S. parallel bars bronze. In 2014, he brought home the World parallel bars silver and team bronze medals. He won his fourth U.S. parallel bars title in 2014 (2010-12, 2014). In 2012, Leyva was the Olympic all-around bronze medalist; won the AT&T American Cup; and claimed the U.S. parallel bars and horizontal bar gold medals, along with the all-around silver. He won the World parallel bars gold and team bronze in 2011, as well as the U.S. all-around, parallel bars and high bar titles.

The women’s all-around competition in Stuttgart is on March 19.
