PARIS, March 17, 2013 – 2012 Olympic all-around bronze-medalist Danell Leyva of Miami/Universal Gymnastics, won the horizontal bar title at the 2013 French International, part of the International Gymnastics Federation’s individual event World Cup series. 2013 AT&T American Cup champion Jake Dalton of Reno, Nev./University of Oklahoma, captured the silver medal for the high bar and the bronze medal for the floor exercise.

Leyva won the high bar title with his 15.300. Dalton was second at 14.733, followed by Croatia’s Marijo Moznik at 14.666. The fourth-place finisher was Russia’s Emin Garibov at 14.233.

On floor, Romania’s Flavius Koczi won the gold at 15.366. Russia’s Denis Ablyazin was second at 15.300. Dalton’s 15.100 earned him the bronze medal. Britain’s Sam Oldham was fourth at 13.100.

Steven Legendre of Port Jefferson, N.Y./University of Oklahoma, missed the vault podium with his 11.900, which put him in fourth. Yang Hak Seon of Korea won the title at 14.500, followed by Vietnam’s Ha Thanh Nguyen in second at 13.666 and Poland’s Marek Lyszczarz at 12.766.

Other titlists were: pommel horse, Krisztian Berki of Hungary, 15.966; still rings, Ablyazin, 15.666; and parallel bars, Ryohei Kato of Japan, 15.500.
