More than 400 athletes participated in the 2023 Gymnastics for All National Championships and GymFest this weekend in Katy, Texas, as the event celebrated its 30th anniversary.

Gymnastics for All includes competitive disciplines such as Power TeamGym and Acrobatics and Tumbling, and non-competitive opportunities in group performance. It also includes Hope Unites Gymnastics with Special Athletes (HUGS) divisions for disabled athletes.

The competition in Katy featured the Gym for Life Challenge, where Oz from Showcase of Katy Texas, The Element Games of Biron Gymnastics in Houston, Texas, and Dia de los Muertos from Flipstastic of Carmichael, Calif. each took gold. In addition to their gold medal, Oz from Showcase was the overall champion of the challenge, winning the Best in Show. Winners also were crowned in Power TeamGym across 10 levels, and in Acrobatics and Tumbling across four levels. In total, 17 clubs fielded teams for the event.
