INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (April 4, 2024) – The U.S. men’s, women’s and trampoline and tumbling programs have announced the athletes selected to represent the country at this year’s Pacific Rim Championships April 21-28 in Cali, Colombia, the 2024 City of Jesolo Trophy April 20-21 in Jesolo, Italy, and the 2024 T&T Pan American Championships and Club Pan American Cup May 17-19 in Lima, Peru.

Pacific Rim Championships, April 21-28, Cali, Colombia

Artistic

Following the selection event this week in Katy, Texas, the U.S. women’s program selected five athletes to participate at the Pacific Rim Championships, which are being held for the first time since 2018. Making her first international appearance since that same year, 2024 Winter Cup uneven bars silver medalist and veteran Trinity Thomas will be joined by Madray Johnson and first-year seniors Kieryn Finnell, Jayla Hang and Simone Rose at the competition in Colombia.

The U.S. men’s program selected 2023 Pan American Games team champion Cameron Bock, 2024 Winter Cup all-around bronze medalist Riley Loos, 2024 Winter Cup all-around champion Yul Moldauer, 2024 DTB Pokal Mixed Cup champion Kai Uemura, 2023 Winter Cup junior parallel bars champion Caden Clinton and 2024 Winter Cup junior horizontal bar champion Danila Leykin as their team roster for men’s competition at Pac Rims. Athletes were chosen based on results from Winter Cup in February.

Trampoline & Tumbling

After performances at the 2024 Winter Classic Invitational in March, eight junior and senior athletes were selected to compete for the U.S. in Colombia. 2024 Winter Classic trampoline and synchronized trampoline silver medalist Ava DeHanes and synchro partner Leah Edelman will compete In their first international event as seniors. Reigning Winter Classic junior trampoline champion Alexandra Mytnik and bronze medalist Grace Danley will contend junior medals. On the men’s side, 2024 Winter Classic double mini silver medalist Ryan Maccagnan and trampoline gold medalist Elijah Vogel will headline senior competition, while 2024 Winter Classic junior synchro silver medalists Nate Erkert and Alexander Rozenshteyn will compete as juniors.

City of Jesolo Trophy, April 20-21, Jesolo, Italy

Both juniors and seniors will be in action at the 2024 City of Jesolo Trophy in Italy, with 10 women’s artistic athletes set to perform. Highlighting the senior roster are 2024 DTB Pokal Mixed Cup team champion Dulcy Caylor, 2024 Baku World Cup uneven bars bronze medalist Katelyn Jong, 2023 American Classic vault bronze medalist Eveylynn Lowe, 2024 Winter Cup balance beam champion Hezly Rivera and 2023 Pan American Games team champion Tiana Sumanasekera.

The five juniors selected to compete include 2024 Winter Cup junior all-around silver medalist Lavi Crain, 2024 Winter Cup junior bars silver medalist Addy Fulcher, 2023 Hopes Championships 11-12 all-around champion Jaysha McClendon, 2024 Winter Cup junior all-around champion Claire Pease and 2024 Winter Cup junior floor exercise silver medalist Tyler Turner.

T&T Pan American Championships/Club Pan American Cup, May 17-18, Lima, Peru

20 trampolinists will be in Lima, Peru, for the 2024 Pan American Championships and Club Pan American Cup from May 17-19. Comprising the senior championship lineup are Paul Bretscher, Ava DeHanes, Leah Edelman, Cody Gesuelli, Ryan Maccagnan, Logan McCoy, Trinity Van Natta and Elijah Vogel. The juniors representing the U.S. will be Grace Danley, Nate Erkert, Alexandra Mytnik, Rafael Pikofsky-Christiansen, Kennedi Roberts, Alexander Rozenshteyn, Mick Seyler and Annabella Ursu.

Selected to compete in the Pan Am Cup event are DeHanes, Edelman, Maccagnan and McCoy along with Maia Amano, Max Poveda, Zachary Ramacci, and Jace Williams.

The 2024 Club Pan American Cup (17-21) is the qualifier for the 2025 Junior Pan American Games. More information about the 2024 Pan American Championships will become available in the coming weeks.
