Uzelac Withdraws from 2001 Pontiac American Team Cup

Two-time Junior National Champion Kristal Uzelac (Johnstown, Pa.) has withdrawn from the 2001 Pontiac American Team Cup, which is March 30 and 31 at the Neal Blaisdell Center at 7:00 p.m. She slightly sprained her left knee and ankle during a training session on Thursday.
Uzelac will be replaced by national team member Marie Fjordholm (Houston, Texas). Fjordholm was a member of the U.S. team that won gold over Romania and China in the 2000 Pontiac International Team Championships last November.
