Expressions of Interest for Elite Mobility Coach Assessors

As part of the Elite Mobility update, the Elite Committee is seeking expressions of interest from coaches interested in being virtual Elite mobility assessors. One coach assessor is required per discipline, partnering with a judge assessor.

Coach assessors should have a proven record of coaching at the Elite level, with a good understanding of basic skill and drill technique, the willingness to work within a defined set of criteria, and excellent administration and time management skills.

Elite mobility requests will be sent on the 1st of every month between September and February, and the assessment team has 10 days to assess the skills, drills and combinations against a set of criteria (to be published prior to September). Coach and judge assessors will work alongside each-other to arrive at a final result. In the case of a fail, the videos will have a secondary review by the Elite Committee and Technical Committee discipline reps. In the case of CoIs, the Elite Committee discipline rep will stand in. Assessors will be compensated on a per-submission basis.
