On September 19, 2026, we encourage all gymnasts, coaches, gymnastics clubs, and fans to join us to celebrate National Gymnastics Day!
National Gymnastics Day takes place on September 19, 2026! Each year on National Gymnastics Day, USA Gymnastics clubs throughout the country are encouraged to provide fun and interactive activities, including open houses and free or low-cost introductory classes, to increase exposure to the sport.
On this page, you will find resources to help your club celebrate National Gymnastics Day, including a #NGD2026 certificate, several new activity pages, coloring pages, and more!
You can also celebrate on your social media channels. Clubs that ordered a #NGD2026 banner can snap a photo or video of your athletes and/or coaches with the banner on your public social media accounts on Saturday, September 19, using the hashtag #NGD2026. If you don’t have a banner, you can still post using the hashtag! USA Gymnastics partners will offer prizes to randomly selected USA Gymnastics Member Clubs that post using the #NGD2026 hashtag.
