MORGES, Switzerland (November 1, 2023) – Yul Moldauer (Arvada, Colo./5280 Gymnastics) returned to the top of the medal stand Wednesday at the Memorial Arthur Gander, winning the men’s all-around title.

The 2021 champion at the Gander, Moldauer posted a combined 57.200 in all-around competition on Wednesday to avenge a second-place finish in 2022 in Morges. He had the highest score of the night on vault with a 14.800 and tied with Adem Asil of Turkey on still rings, each scoring a 14.300. He also scored a 14.200 on floor exercise and a 13.900 on parallel bars. Kazuma Kaya of Japan finished second in the all-around with a 57.100, followed by Canada’s Felix Dolci in third with a 56.700.

Athletes competed on four chosen apparatus of six and the cumulative scores of each round determined podium rankings. Moldauer will continue in Switzerland with the Swiss Cup November 5, where he will compete alongside 2020 Olympic champion Jade Carey (Phoenix, Ariz./Oregon State University) as a U.S. pair.
