Alla Svirsky coached at high levels and administered at elevated positions during her career. The 1984 Olympic head coach of women’s rhythmic gymnastics, Svirsky spent much of her career instructing rhythmic gymnastics. She served as the rhythmic head coach at the University of Southern California, Executive Director of the Los Angeles School of Gymnastics and was on the USAG Gymnastics Board of Directors for eight years. She was named a Bruce Frederick Centurion, credited as having a tremendous impact on the sport in the U.S.
