All entry fees are a flat fee for 1- 3 events
Synchronized trampoline $30 additional per athlete

Entry fees are based on the highest level entered.
Late entries will be doubled and are subject to Event Host and Meet Director approval. Register using the USA Gymnastics reservation system.

Full refund request deadline is February 14, 2024. Any refund requests after February 14 must be regarding an injury and must be accompanied by a Physicians note.

New athlete added to meet: $160/$200/$270/$300
Previously registered athlete adding additional discipline: $80/$100/$135/$150
Up until February 8, 2024, corrections and scratches must be submitted using the USA Gymnastics Meet Reservation system.
From February 9 – March 6, 2024, all changes, and scratches must be submitted using the online change form.

All changes and scratches after Wednesday March 6, 2024, must be submitted on site.
Changes to entries February 10 – March 4 will cost $10 per change.
Changes to entries after March 5 will cost $25 per change.
Change fees will apply to any change made after the entry deadline

Judges Request for Assignment
Judges will be paid according to the pay scales detailed in the T&T Rules and Policies. Travel and accommodation will not be provided unless otherwise advised.
Rules from the current 2022 – 2024 FIG Elite Code of Points, 2021-2024 USA T&T Elite Code of Points and the Development Code of Points will be used.
Time of Flight will be used for level 10 and above at the 2024 Winter Classic Invitational
All age groups are based on the age of the competitor on December 31, 2024.
Competition format:
Level 1 – 9: Qualification only
Level 10 – Open: Qualification, cumulative finals
Youth, Junior, Intermediate, Senior: Qualification, new life finals
Coaches, judges, and officials who are USA Gymnastics members will be issued credentials. (No pending memberships – all aspects of the membership must be complete.)
Two coaches per team will be issued credentials. Requests for additional coaches’ credentials must be approved by the meet host Teams with less than ten athletes need not apply.
Levels 1 – 9 will be flight awards only and will receive their medal immediately following their flight.
Level 10/Open: The top 3 from finals will be awarded an over-all award following finals.
Elites will only receive overall awards, the top 3 overall will receive an award following the final rounds on Saturday and Sunday.
Current USA Gymnastics competitive coach, judge or competition director members, or age and size-appropriate current athlete members. One spotter is required at each corner if a throw mat is not utilized. If a throw mat is utilized, one additional spotter must be on the same side that the mat is used.
TRA: The official ToF video will be used for inquiries for level 10 and above. Coaches are also welcome to submit their own video of the routine or element in question with their inquiry. Designated video positions will be marked at all events.
TUM / DMT: Official video will not be taken at this meet. In the event of an inquiry, coaches must present their own video of the routine or skill in question with their form. Designated video positions will be marked at all events.

Level 9 and above Competition cards will be due at the end of each team’s scheduled training session on Thursday..
