There is no training available prior to this event.
N.B: Due to the number of gymnasts, there will be a JR competition hall and a SR competition hall running simultaneously Saturday and Sunday
- Level 10: Open to all Level 10/Elite RGI athletes
- FIG Groups: JR and SR Groups which have competed at the 2023 Rhythmic Challenge
- Level 9: A pre-determined number of qualification places from the Western, Central and Eastern Level 9 Classic will be set annually by the Rhythmic Program Committee
- Foreign Athletes: Because the Elite Qualifier is a qualification event for the USA Gymnastics Championships, Foreign Athletes must request permission to participate from the Vice President of the Rhythmic Program. Participation must be approved in writing prior to the competition registration deadline.
N.B: Foreign Athletes who hold a current FIG license for another country are not eligible to advance to the USA Gymnastics Championships
USA Gymnastics Elite Championships:
- A maximum of 25 Seniors compete in the Elite portion of the USA Gymnastics Championships; the top 6 SR from the Rhythmic Challenge are automatically qualified and are accounted for in the maximum 25 Seniors; the remaining places, up to 25, are based on the AA results of the Elite Championships. Note: SRs who are officially assigned to international competition will compete in the evening session of the Elite Championships; any remaining places will be based on the AA result of the Elite Qualifier
- The top 25 Juniors qualify to the Elite portion of the USA Gymnastics Championships; any Hope gymnast who places within the top 25 Juniors at the Elite Qualifier additionally qualifies to the USA Gymnastics Elite Championships and becomes Level 10 but does not take the place of a Junior gymnast.
- In case of a tie in the 25th place of the Elite qualification, both gymnasts advance.
- All FIG Jr and Sr Groups who have fulfilled qualifying requirements will advance to USA Gymnastics Championships and will compete in 2024 in the venues assigned by the USA Gymnastics Events Department.
USA Gymnastics Level 9-10 Championships:
- The next 25 Hopes/Juniors and the next 25 Seniors in rank order, after those qualified to the Elite Championships, become Level 10 and advance to the USA Gymnastics Championships.
- In case of a tie in the final place of Level 10 qualification, both gymnasts will become Level 10.
- All places in USA Gymnastics following the Elite qualification will be based on the combined results of Level 9 and 10 Jrs and Level 9 and 10 Srs. The number of places will be determined by USA Gymnastics in accordance with the schedule.

If a program event or camp is cancelled by USA Gymnastics, participants will receive a 100% refund on entry fees paid if the event is cancelled more than 60 days from the start of the event. If the event is cancelled by USA Gymnastics 60 days or less from the event, the participants will receive a 50% refund on the entry fees paid. If an athlete withdrawals from the event due to an injury or any other reason more than 60 days from the event, she/he may receive a 100% refund on her entry fee. If the athlete withdrawals within 60 days of the event, no refund will be given.
