The 2009-13 JO Optional Rule Changes are now available for judges and coaches to prepare for the 2009-2010 season.
The document of Official Rule Changes is an updated version of the Preview of Changes document that has been posted since November 2008. This document now includes some new and changed element values for each event, as well as some changes made by the JO and Technical Committees on a March conference call.
