Laura Zeng of Libertyville, Ill./North Shore Rhythmic Gymnastics Center finished seventh in the all-around competition at this weekend’s Sofia (Bulgaria) World Cup, notching a 90.200. Zeng will compete Sunday in the hoop and ball apparatus finals. She is also the second reserve for the clubs final after earning a 23.500 on Saturday. Event finals will air live on the Olympic Channel Sunday at 5:30 a.m. ET.

Evita Griskenas of Orland Park, Ill./North Shore Rhythmic Gymnastics Center ended the day in 27th in the all-around with an 80.100. She is the first reserve for Sunday’s ball final. Griskenas posted an 18.500 in clubs and an 18.700 in ribbon. Zeng finished 13th in ribbon qualification with a 19.900.

Israel’s Linoy Ashram took top honors in the all-around, posting a combined 98.450. She earned the day’s high score on clubs with a 25.750. Bulgaria’s Boryana Kaleyn led the way in ribbon with a 21.450. Kaleyn (98.250) and Alina Harnasko of Belarus (96.150) rounded out the top three all-around finishers.
