TOYOTA CITY, Japan, Dec. 13, 2014 – Brandon Wynn of Voorhees, N.J./Team Hilton HHonors (U.S. Olympic Training Center), won the bronze medal for the still rings at the Toyota International Gymnastics Competition at Sky Hall Toyota in Toyota City, Japan. Wynn is competing tomorrow in the parallel bars on the event’s final day at 1 p.m. local time.
Wynn claimed the bronze medal with his 14.450 on the still rings. Ukraine’s Igor Radivilov took the gold medal at 15.475, followed by Iran’s Hadi Khanari Nejad at 14.900 in second. Japan’s Ryohei Kato and Kohei Kameyama won the floor exercise and pommel horse titles, respectively, in the men’s competition.
Sunday’s competition features the men’s vault, parallel bars and horizontal bar, and the women’s balance beam and floor exercise, at 1 p.m. local time.
