Ten senior women’s gymnasts will be in Crossville, Tennessee for the World Championships Team Selection event September 30-October 1, where they will vie for four U.S. spots at the 2025 Artistic World Championships in Jakarta, Indonesia.
This year’s World Championships are set for October 19-25 and will feature only individual competition. Set to compete in Crossville are Skye Blakely, Dulcy Caylor, Jayla Hang, Gabrielle Hardie, Claire Pease, Hezly Rivera, Joscelyn Roberson, Simone Rose, Ashlee Sullivan and Leanne Wong.
Four athletes will be named to the World Championships roster following two days of competition. The event will begin Tuesday, September 30 at 4:30 p.m. CT with all-around competition, followed by apparatus action on Wednesday, October 1 at 10 a.m. CT. The all-around leader on Day 1 will automatically secure their spot on the team.
Both sessions will stream live on FlipNow.tv. Results will be shared on USA Gymnastics’ social media channels throughout the event, with final, official scores to be published after the competition concludes. Selections procedures for the World Championships can be found here.
The U.S. trampoline and tumbling season continues with the 2025 Varna World Cup September 27-28 in Bulgaria, where six athletes will contest trampoline medals.
Representing the women are 2025 U.S. synchro and mixed synchro champion Maia Amano, 2025 U.S. trampoline, synchro and mixed synchro silver medalist Sarah Webster, and 2025 Senior Pan American Championships team silver medalist Clare Bretscher.
Competing for the men will be 2025 FIG World Cup Series double mini champion Ruben Padilla, 2025 U.S. trampoline and synchro silver medalist Aliaksei Shostak, and 2025 U.S. trampoline bronze medalist Ryan Maccagnan.
Competition begins Saturday, September 27 at 3 a.m. ET with the first round of qualifications, followed by round two on Sunday at 4 a.m. ET. All finals will take place Sunday starting at 9 a.m. ET. Live scoring for the event is available here.
