As the Junior Artistic World Championships commence in Turkey, four more U.S. athletes head overseas to compete in the City of Jesolo Trophy and the Sofia World Cup.

Women’s Artistic – City of Jesolo Trophy

2022 U.S. junior balance beam co-champion Audrey Snyder (Annapolis, Md./First State Gymnastics) and 2023 Winter Cup floor exercise and beam silver medalist Gabby Hardie (Sioux Falls, S.D./Twin City Twisters) are set to represent the U.S. women’s program at the City of Jesolo Trophy April 1-2 in Jesolo, Italy.

The event begins Saturday at 4 a.m. ET with Snyder and Hardie taking the floor for junior all-around competition. Apparatus finals take over Sunday’s schedule, beginning at 8:30 a.m. ET.

Rhythmic – Sofia World Cup

The Sofia World Cup March 31- April 2 in Bulgaria will feature 2022 U.S. ball champion Alexandria Kautzman (Simi Valley, Calif./California Rhythms) and 2023 Rhythmic Challenge ball and clubs silver medalist Jaelyn Chin (Aventura, Fla./Bessonova’s school), who will make her World Cup debut.

{pic 2} Competition kicks off with both gymnasts participating in Group C during individual hoop and ball qualifications Friday, March 31 at 8:30 a.m. ET. Clubs and ribbon qualifications start Saturday’s slate at 3 a.m. ET, Group C beginning at 6:20 a.m. ET, followed by all-around awards at 12:15 p.m. ET. Sunday, April 2 will hold all finals stating at 6 a.m. ET with the hoop final. Ball finals will be held at 6:37 a.m. ET followed by the clubs final at 8:20 a.m. ET and ribbon at 8:57 a.m. ET. Individual award ceremonies will be held Sunday morning at 8 a.m. and 10:25 a.m. ET.
