After competing in a FIG World Cup this past weekend, Evita Griskenas (Orland Park, Ill./North Shore Rhythmic Gymnastics Center) will travel to Cairo, Egypt for the 2024 Pharaoh’s Cup set for June 28-30.
Griskenas will compete in apparatus qualifications on Friday and Saturday and will withdraw from the competition early to be recognized as a 2024 Olympian at the U.S. Olympic Team Trials – Gymnastics in Minneapolis on Sunday. The Pharaoh’s Cup will not feature all-around competition or awards. Hoop and ball qualifications are set for Friday at 7 a.m. ET, followed by clubs and ribbon competition on Saturday at 7:30 a.m. ET.
Final results are expected to be published by FIG when competition concludes.
