U.S. athletes will see rhythmic and parkour competition in South America and Europe this weekend.
RG Brno Grand Prix
As she gears up for the 2024 Olympic Games, Evita Griskenas (Orland Park, Ill./North Shore Rhythmic Gymnastics Center) will be in action at the 2024 Brno Grand Prix June 15-16 in Brno, Czech Republic. It will be Griskenas’ second international appearance of the season.
Grand Prix competition begins Saturday, June 15, with gymnasts contesting all-around medals starting at 8:15 a.m. ET. Apparatus finals are at 8 a.m. ET on Sunday. Live scores are available on ksis.eu.
PK Pan American Open
George Munro (Mexico City, Mexico) will represent the U.S. at the 2024 Pan American Parkour Open June 15-16 in Alajuela, Costa Rica.
Competition starts June 15 with men’s and women’s freestyle qualifications followed by finals later that day. The speed competition will follow the same format on Sunday. More information on the event is expected on the Costa Rica Gymnastics Federation Facebook page.
