American rhythmic gymnasts notched top-15 all-around finishes abroad as trampoline and tumbling athletes in the U.S. won development and HUGS titles.

RG Milan World Cup

The U.S. delegation in Milan returns home with valuable experience from the 2026 Milan World Cup in Italy as the 2026 World Championships approach.

In Italy, Rin Keys (Porter Ranch, Calif./Burlo Gymnastics) and Megan Chu (San Diego, Calif./Pacific Stars Rhythmic Academy) finished 12th and 13th overall in the individual all-around, with Keys taking the 12th spot (108.600) and Chu the 13th (108.500). Keys also qualified for the ribbon final, where she finished sixth on Sunday with a 26.250. Darja Varfolomeev of Germany won the all-around competition with a 119.400, and Bulgaria’s Stiliana Nikolova of Bulgaria took the ribbon title with a 28.650.

In group competition, the Senior National Group of Goda Balsys (Northbrook, Ill.), Kristina Lee (Woodridge, Ill.), Alaini Spata (Glen Ellyn, Ill.), Aurora Sullivan (Los Angeles, Calif.), Kalina Trayanov (Deerfield, Ill.) and Natalia Ye-Granda (San Diego, Calif.) placed 16th in the all-around with a 47.750, with Brazil taking the title with a 56.050.
