PAMPLONA, Spain (November 5, 2025) – With mixed synchronized trampoline first up on the docket, the American pair of Sarah Webster (Valley View, Texas/Trampoline & Tumbling Express) and Ryan Maccagnan (Colorado Springs, Colo./Merino Trampoline Gymnastics Academy) advanced to the second round of qualifying Wednesday to kick of the 2025 FIG Trampoline World Championships in Spain.

In a field of 31 pairs, the top 16 duos moved to the next round. Webster and Maccagnan qualified in 13th with a score of 49.110, with the Japanese pair of Hikaru Mori and Yusei Matsumoto the top qualifiers with a 51.990. Fellow Americans Jessica Stevens (Ellicott City, Md./Fairland Gymnastics) and Elijah Vogel (Longmont, Colo./Xtreme Altitude Gymnastics) were 26th with a 47.150.

The second round of mixed synchro action is set for Friday, November 8 at 2:50 p.m. ET. The championships continue Thursday, November 7 at 4 a.m. ET with qualifying rounds in men’s and women’s individual trampoline, men’s and women’s double mini trampoline, and women’s tumbling. The FIG event website will continue to provide live scoring and streaming throughout the event.
