INDIANAPOLIS, March 28, 2013 – The U.S. Air Force Academy’s men’s gymnastics team makes its bid for a fourth straight USA Gymnastics Collegiate National title this weekend as the 2013 USA Gymnastics Collegiate National Championships get underway on the campus of the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Va., March 29-30.

The two-day meet, featuring four varsity teams and three club teams, will be held at the William and Mary’s Kaplan Arena. Competition begins March 29 at 6 p.m. ET with the team and all-around finals, as well as the event preliminaries, and will continue on Saturday, March 30, with individual event finals at 2 p.m. ET.

The schools in this year’s field are: Varsity – College of William and Mary, Springfield College, U.S. Air Force Academy, U.S. Naval Academy; and Collegiate Club Division – Arizona State University, College at Brockport, and University of Washington.

Air Force currently leads the field, ranked 11th nationally with a four-score average of 424.783. Among varsity teams, William & Mary is ranked 12th at 415.883, while Springfield and Navy, are ranked 16th (406.367) and 17th (403.533), respectively. Ranked 18th in the national standings, Arizona State currently leads the Club teams, with a four score average of 403.283. Washington is ranked 19th with a 351.700 average, while Brockport is ranked 20th with a 199.067 mark.

Groups of 10, or more, may purchase discounted tickets for $1 less than the standard price. William & Mary students receive free admission with an ID.
