HOFFMAN ESTATES, Ill., Feb. 21, 2009 – The USA claimed the team title and Kamerin Moore of West Bloomfield, Mich., won the all-around at the USA-Japan women’s friendly dual meet held at the Sears Centre Arena in Hoffman Estates, Ill.

The U.S. Team of Moore, Mackenzie Caquatto of Naperville, Ill., Bridgette Caquatto of Naperville, Ill., and Hallie Mossett of Los Angeles, Calif., bested Japan, 169.850 to 159.300.

Moore led a U.S. sweep of the top four all-around spots with a score of 56.350. Mackenzie Caquatto was second and Bridgette Caquatto was third with scores of 56.250 and 55.800. Mossett was fourth at 55.600.

Posting the top scores of the night were: Mackenzie Caquatto, vault, 14.800; Yuko Shintake, uneven bars, 14.000; Bridgette Caquatto, balance beam, 14.250; and Moore, floor exercise, 14.700.
