INDIANAPOLIS, Ind., May 12, 2010 – 2009 Frivolten Cup trampoline champion Steven Gluckstein of Atlantic Highlands, N.J./Head over Heels, is one of five U.S. gymnasts competing in trampoline at the 2010 Frivolten Cup, May 14-15, in Herrljunga, Sweden.

The U.S. Team features four seniors and one junior: Michael Devine of Winnebago, Ill./J & J Tumbling and Trampoline; Logan Dooley of Lake Forest, Calif./World Elite Gymnastics; Dakota Earnest of Plains, Texas/Acrospirits; Jeffrey Gluckstein of Atlantic Highlands, N.J./Head over Heels (junior); and S. Gluckstein.

In addition to the 2009 Frivolten Cup, Steven Gluckstein also won the individual trampoline title at the 2010 Pan Am Championships and 2009 Visa Championships. Dooley won the trampoline gold medal at the 2009 World Cup event in Ostend, Belgium. Jeffrey Gluckstein recently took top honors in junior men’s trampoline at the 2010 Pan Am Championships, and he is the 2008-09 U.S. junior trampoline champion. Earnest, competing in her first international event as a senior, is the reigning U.S. women’s junior champion. Devine, along with Dooley and Steven Gluckstein, was a member of the U.S. team that won the men’s trampoline title at the 2009 Pan Am Championships.

The competition schedule has senior preliminary rounds on May 14, with the junior prelims and all finals on May 15.
