INDIANAPOLIS, January 11, 2022 – Apparel manufacturers OZONE and TURN will serve as presenting sponsors of USA Gymnastics’ 2022 Winter Cup, USAG announced Tuesday. TURN also will be presenting sponsor for the accompanying 2022 Elite Team Cup, outfitting the competing teams.

USA Gymnastics’ 2022 premier events season will kick off February 25-27 with the three-day Winter Cup presented by OZONE and TURN at Ford Center at the Star in Frisco, Texas. The event features elite men’s and women’s divisions and will be accompanied by the Elite Team Cup, a junior men’s competition among regional teams, and the Nastia Liukin Cup, a competitive opportunity for the country’s top USAG Women’s Artistic Development Program Level 10 gymnasts.

"Beginning the season with two new partners is a great way to kick off the year," USA Gymnastics President and CEO Li Li Leung said. "Winter Cup weekend will combine three unique competitive events, bringing together athletes of varying age divisions and levels in a single competition space. We look forward to welcoming all competitors, fans and our partners to Frisco as the new Olympic cycle begins."

OZONE offers competitive and training apparel with innovative styles and designs for women’s artistic gymnasts of all levels, including collaborations with numerous U.S. Olympians, while TURN is the only apparel and accessories brand dedicated solely to the sport of men’s gymnastics.

"Partnering with USA Gymnastics has always been a dream of ours," said Mike Martinez, President of OZONE. "All of us at OZONE live, breathe and eat the sport of gymnastics, and it is an honor to play a part in the journey of American athletes. This is an exciting time for USA Gymnastics, and we couldn’t be prouder to be aligned with their efforts. We are ready to help make 2022 an amazing year for our sport."

"It is with immense pride that TURN will be the presenting sponsor of the Winter Cup and Elite Team Cup," said David Eaton, TURN Managing Director. "It is a great opportunity for us to showcase what TURN is about: creativity, determination and passion. For the last decade, TURN has had the singular mission to provide the best performing and designed technical apparel for men’s gymnastics, and we look forward to seeing it in action in Frisco."
