Derrick Aldrich, Windermere, FL and Nani Vercruyssen, Honolulu, HI both took gold at recent international competitions.  Aldrich won the men’s senior trampoline at the Frivolten Cup in Herrljunga, Sweden, while Vercruyssen won the women’s 17 & Under trampoline at the Canadian National Championships in Quebec City, Canada.

In winning the Frivolten Cup, Aldrich scored 28.00 on the compulsory, 34.70 on the optional and 34.80 on the final for a total score of 97.50.  Vercruyssen received 26.00 on the compulsory, 34.20 on the optional and 35.60 in the final round for a total of 95.80 overall.  She also placed third in double mini-trampoline at Canadian National Championships. 

Logan Dooley, Lake Forest, CA took silver at the Frivolten Cup, finishing just .7 points behind Aldrich.  He scored 27.40 on the compulsory, 34.30 on the optional and 35.10 on the final for a total score of 96.80.  Taking second in boy’s 10-14 double mini at Canadian National Championships was Kelsen Onigama, Honolulu, HI.  He received scores of 32.00, 31.80, 31.50 and 31.20 for his four passes.
