Survey Details:
- Dates: The survey will be open Monday, March 24 and will collect responses through Friday, April 25, 2025.
- USAG Number Required: To complete the survey, you will need your USAG Number. Please have it ready before starting.
- One Submission per Member: Please note that each member can only submit the survey once, so please be sure to complete it in one sitting if possible.
- Flexibility to Save and Return: If you need to leave the survey and come back to finish later, no worries! You can save your progress, and all entries will be saved when you return to complete the survey.
While participation is optional, your feedback is instrumental in helping the Women’s Program committees understand your needs and desires as we work to continuously evolve and improve upon the foundation of Women’s Gymnastics.
