Fresh off the 2024 USA Gymnastics Championships, 23 U.S. athletes, including the Olympic delegation, will represent the country at the 2024 Coimbra World Cup July 6-7 in Coimbra, Portugal.
Newly named 2024 Olympians Jessica Stevens and Aliaksei Shostak highlight the eight athlete-trampoline team selected to compete at the World Cup in Portugal. The complete trampoline roster includes Olympic replacement athletes Nicole Ahsinger and Ruben Padilla, as well as 2024 U.S. synchronized trampoline silver medalist and individual trampoline bronze medalist Maia Amano, 2024 U.S. synchro silver medalist Paul Bretscher, 2024 Elite Challenge synchro champion Leah Garafalo and 2024 U.S. trampoline bronze medalist Elijah Vogel.
Senior men Kaden Brown, Kaleb Cave, Xavier Harper and BJ Mensah will compete in tumbling alongside senior women Nastia Katchalova, Jill Papenhause, Nasiarra Riley and Tia Taylor. For double mini trampoline, the U.S. will be represented by Jackie Kent, Gracie Harder, Trevor Harder, Ryan Maccagnan, Aliah Raga, Rosalie Thongphay and Simon Smith.
Competition in Coimbra begins Saturday July 6 with Americans in Group 1 for trampoline, tumbling and double mini qualifications at 8 a.m. ET. Sunday will kick off with a second round of individual trampoline qualifications at 5:30 a.m. ET, followed by final competitions beginning at 9 a.m. ET.
