The U.S. will send Rin Keys (Porter Ranch, Calif./Burlo Gymnastics), Alexandra Kautzman (Simi Valley, Calif./California Rhythms) and the Senior National Group to the 2025 Baku World Cup in Azerbaijan, with competition beginning Friday.
Keys will be back in action after winning her first World Cup medal in Sofia, Bulgaria as both she and Kautzman vie for medals in individual competition. The Senior National Group of Goda Balsys (Northbrook, Ill.), Anabella Hantov (Northfield, Ill.), Kristina Lee (Woodridge, Ill.), Anastasia Slipets (Wyckoff, N.J.), Alaini Spata (Glen Ellyn, Ill.) and Natalia Ye-Granda (San Diego, Calif.) will take on group competition.
Keys and Katzman will be first up in Baku on Friday for hoop and ball qualifications, with Kautzman in Group B at 3:57 a.m. ET and Keys in Group D at 8:40 a.m. ET. Balsys, Hantov, Spata, Slipets and Ye-Granda will take on five ribbons qualifying in Group B at 12:30 p.m. ET. Saturday will follow the same format with Kautzman competing on clubs and ribbon at 2 a.m. ET followed by Keys at 6:45 a.m. ET and the group of Balsys, Hantov, Lee, Slipets and Spata on three balls and two hoops at 11:15 a.m. ET. All finals will take place on Sunday, April 20 beginning at 3:55 a.m. ET.
