BELAIR, Luxembourg, Dec. 22, 2018 – Senior Elena Shinohara of Suwanee, Ga./Rhythmic Brains, and juniors Ciel Arzandyan of Van Nuys, California/Rhythmic Academy of Los Angeles, and Esther Kiseleva of Wayne, New Jersey/Liberty Academy, are competing in their first international competition as members of the U.S. National Team. Held at the Sports Center Complex in Belaire, Luxembourg, the two-day rhythmic gymnastics competition features a number of levels, including the International Gymnastics Federation’s senior and junior levels. The FIG level competition has two events on each day, with the all-around titles determined on Dec. 23 at 2:40 p.m. local time for the juniors and 4:40 p.m. local time for the seniors.
