The mixed pair of Ani Smith and Jake Kanavel of Aerial Tumbling & AcroGymnastics, San Jose, CA performed two exhibition routines at the opening ceremonies of the 2009 Men’s J.O. National Championships in Cincinnati, OH on May 6. Jake and Ani recently won the silver medal in the 12-19 year old International Age Group competition at the Maia International Cup in Maia, Portugal.
More than 700 of the USA’s top Level 9 and 10 gymnasts will compete in the 2009 U.S. Men’s Junior Olympic National Championships, May 6-10, at the Duke Energy Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. The event features competition in regional team, all-around and individual events.
