ASUNCIÓN, Paraguay (August 13, 2025) – Anna Filipp (Porter Ranch, Calif./Burlo Gymnastics), Natalie de la Rosa (Woodland Hills, Calif./Burlo Gymnastics) and the Junior National Group combined for 10 medals on Wednesday to wrap up rhythmic competition at the 2025 Junior Pan American Games. Overall, the USA Gymnastics rhythmic delegation in Asunción won 13 medals across three days of competition.

Filipp and De la Rosa accounted for eight of the delegation’s 10 medals, also claiming all of the country’s gold medals Wednesday afternoon. Filipp won two titles during apparatus finals, clinching gold on both clubs (25.950) and ribbon (25.550). She also earned silver on hoop with a 24.650 and completed her medal set with a bronze on ball with a 23.450, tying on the apparatus with Brazil’s Sarah Ferreira Mourao.

De la Rosa secured the hoop title with a 25.200 Wednesday, adding a silver on ball (23.750) and two bronze medals on clubs (25.250) and ribbon (24.550) to pair with her all-around title from Tuesday.

The group of Alana Hirota (West Hills, Calif.), Nina Keys (Porter Ranch, Calif.), Ziah Khan (Irvine, Calif.), Leyla Kukhmazova (Porter Ranch, Calif.) and Sasha Kuliyev (Granada hills, Calif.) finished on both podiums in event competition Wednesday. The juniors won silver on 10 clubs with a 23.000 and bronze on five hoops with a 23.250.

American participation at the 2025 Junior Pan American Games continues Tuesday, August 19 with artistic gymnastics.
