ELIGIBLE COMPETITORS: Current USA Gymnastics T&T Level 10 and Elite Athletes

ENTRY FEES AND REFUNDS: Divisions: Level 10, Youth, Junior, Open, Senior
$150 per athlete (one event or all). No fee for coaches.
Entry fees must be paid with a credit card on USA Gymnastics registration system.
Full refund request deadline is April 12, 2019. Any refund requests after April 12th will be subject to approval by the Program Director and must have complete refund documentation provided Refund form.

ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS: Deadline: March 15, 2019

LATE ENTRY: Late entries are subject to approval by the Program Director and the entry fee will be doubled.
New athlete added to meet: $300.00
Previously registered athlete adding additional discipline: $150.00

INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT ENTRIES: Changes to entries between March 15th and April 26th: $25 per correction. Changes to entries after April 26th: $50 per correction.

All changes and scratches after May 10th must be made on site.

Change fees will apply to those athletes who registered at a lower level and need to change to a higher level due to of mobilization. To avoid this, please register your athlete at the higher level if they plan to attend a mobility meet prior to Elite Challenge. We appreciate your cooperation with this, as mobilization changes have caused significant scheduling issues at past meets.

JUDGES: Judges request for assignment due March 14th. Judges Request for Assignment

RULES: Rules from the current FIG Elite Code of Points with the USA Gymnastics T&T Special Requirements and JO Code of Points will be used.

Time of Flight will be used for all divisions at the 2019 Elite Challenge.
All age groups are based on the age of the competitor on December 31, 2019.
Competition format is cumulative.

COACHES & OFFICIALS Coaches, judges and officials who are professional members will be issued credentials. (No pending pro memberships – all aspects of the pro membership must be complete.)

Only 2 coaches per team will be issued credentials. Requests for additional coaches’ credentials must be approved by the Program Director. Teams with more than ten athletes need not apply.

AWARDS: Awards will be given to the top three competitors in each division.

TRAMPOLINE SPOTTERS: Current USA Gymnastics professional members or age and physical size appropriate current athlete members. One spotter is required at each corner, if a throw mat is not utilized. If a throw mat is utilized, one additional spotter must be on the same side that the mat is used.

COMPETITION CARDS: Competition cards will be due at the end of each team’s scheduled training session on Thursday. Competition cards will be considered late if received later than the assigned training session end time.

TRAINING GROUPS: Training groups will be available after registration deadline.
