To sign up and pay, the athlete will need to be a "Registered User" of the USA Gymnastics website You will then log in and submit payment for Scholarship Camp. As a T&T athlete, this has already been happening for many of the previous events the athlete has signed up for. They have been sign up as a group of club members by their coaches or club owner. Because of the "first come, first serve" nature of this camp and the very limited number of spots, signing up by clubs would not work well for this event.

To sign up for camp please fill out the registration form. This form to be filled out on your computer after opening it. This form has been set up as a form that can be filled in with your computer, saved as a .pdf file to your computer and then returned to USAGTNTCAMP@gmail.com. Do this form beforehand, save it and send it along when registration opens. Once this form has been sent, sign in to www.usagym.org as a registered user and make payment per your preference of deposit or full payment. Because this payment thing is a new system and issues can occur with new systems, I will assign camp positions by the registration form returned to me. The payment made online will not assign the response rank. I will then match up payment within 24 hours. Payment must be made to hold position. This really is only a change regarding payment. Payment is by credit card only and through USA Gymnastics. Please remember that immediate payment is expected and required to hold the position in camp that is assigned by the returned registration form.

Registration and Payment Instructions

  1. Download registration form, fill it out and save it to your computer. Send this to USAGTNTCAMP@gmail.com as an attachment to an email after open registration begins Wednesday, Jan. 4 at Noon EST. This form locks in your spot. If absolutely necessary, this form can be printed, filled out by hand and then sent back by fax to 269-244-1272. Computer generated registration is much more legible and is HIGHLY preferred. This form will be given to Camp Wakeshma and your athlete will registered with them. DO NOT USE the Camp Wakeshma form found on their website. That is for the non-USA Gymnastics T&T weeks of general summer camp held at that facility.
  2. Create registered user link as per below instructions. You will be able to use payment link after registration opens to pay deposit or full payment. Payment must be made to hold registration spot.
  3. Confirmation of registration will come as email from Camp Directors.
  4. If you have questions, please email the camp director asap.
  5. PLEASE share this information with other athletes from your club.
      Directions on how to register for Camp Wakeshma. All registrations should be done through the USA Gymnastics website.
    • Log in to the usagym.org website (see below) and click on the Registration link
    • Select the Event Code TSC2
    • You MUST select the event code - DEPOSIT, NEWCAMP, REGCOACH, RETURNCAMP, SIBLINGCAMP, NEWCAMPBALAN (new camper balance), RTNATHLBALANC (returning camper balance), SIBCAMPBALAN (sibling camper balance)
    • Click/select athlete or coach name under your club
    • A credit card for payment - PLEASE NOTE: Payments must be made at time of registration. If you log off without paying for registrations, you will not be able to reregister for the event.
To Register on usagym.org:
    Step 1: Go to www.usagym.org and click on the Login link located in the top right corner.
    Step 2: Click on the "Click Here to Register" link
    Step 3: Please enter in your athlete's member number. This is your athlete's USA Gymnastics member number and it should be current.
    Step 4: Proceed to enter all the required information as prompted
    Step 5: Once user information has been entered and saved, you will be able to log in with this information when signing up for Camp Wakeshma.
    Step 6: When signing up for Scholarship Camp, you will sign in as registered user and then use sign up payment link for Camp Wakeshma.
