USA Gymnastics National Team Training Center
The National Team Training Center is the home for the Women’s Artistic, Sport Acro, Rhythmic, Tumbling and Trampoline and General Gymnastic Programs. It is a “State of the Art fully contained training facility located 60 miles north of Houston, Texas in the Sam Houston National Forest.

The Training Center contains 3 separate training gyms, 2 medical rooms, 4 four motels, 2 staff houses, clubhouse and a fully contained cafeteria along with 14 cabins. The motels and staff houses can accommodate up to 115 participants with the cabins containing over 250 beds. Other such amenities include free Internet, satellite TV in each motel common areas, pool, tennis court, hot tub, sauna, basketball court and campfire facilities.

This Training Center has been the training site for the Women’s Artistic Team since 1999. In 2010 the Trampoline, Acro and Rhythmic programs moved their programs to the Training Center for their official training site. January of 2011, the National Team Training Center became an official United States Olympic Training Site for these Gymnastics Programs. The Training Center services nearly 3000 USAG athletes, coaches and staff per year with in excess of 50 events scheduled at the Training Center each year.
