Eligibility / Participants Level 4/5 – Open to all gymnasts who have participated in their Regional Championship. Note: Per the Rules & Policies, petitions are considered only in the case of illness or injury with a doctor’s note.

Xcel and HUGS – Open to all participants

Note: A limited number of athletes will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional participants may be placed on a wait list.
Competition Format Level 4 – Three events (All Around) will be competed in one day

Level 5 – Four events (All Around) will be competed in one day

Xcel – All events will be competed in one day

HUGS – All events will be competed in one day

Team awards will be given as follows:
  • Top Level 4 Teams – 1st-3rd Place
    • Calculated by the top 3 level 4 AA scores from each participating club.
  • Top Level 5 Teams – 1st-3rd Place
    • Calculated by the top 3 level 5 AA scores from each participating club.
  • Overall Team Champions – 1st-3rd Place
    • Calculated by the addition of the two scores above.
Gymnast March-ins:
Once per day, there will be an athlete march-in open to all clubs. Each Club is encouraged to create a march-in sign with their team name. There will be a contest for the most creative sign each day!
Provisional Schedule Thursday, June 13 – Level 5
Friday, June 14 – Level 5
Saturday, June 15 – Level 4, Xcel & HUGS
Sunday, June 16 – Level 4, Xcel & HUGS

Future Stars Testing will be held either Friday, June 14 or Saturday, June 15, depending on registration numbers. This will be announced in April, following the close of registration.

Educational opportunities for coaches will be incorporated. The schedule for these educational sessions will be determined based on the number of participants in each level/age. A detailed schedule can be expected after the close of registration.

Score Form Submission Xcel and HUGS only – It is requested that coaches email score forms to jvinent@usagym.org by June 7th. If not sent by email before that date, score sheets are due at the admission table no later than 2 hours before the start of the competitive session.
Spectator Information Admission Fees:
  • Adults 18 and over - $10
  • Children 5-17 - $5
  • Children 4 & under – Free
Note: Concessions will be available on site for spectators

Apparel and other merchandise will also be available for purchase on site.

Refunds
  • 50% refunds will be provided in the case of injury or severe illness with a doctor’s note. Notification must be provided to jvincent@usagym.org at least 1 week prior to the event.
  • Refunds without a doctor’s note are not possible.
