The New York gymnastics community is hosting the Gymnastics "Family" Unites to Rebuild Invitational, an invitational designed to raise funds for Dynamics Unlimited Gymnastics in Dunkirk, N.Y., on April 24-25. Dynamics Unlimited was devastated by fire on Wednesday, Feb. 24. Owner Carole Cotton and a class of 36 students were in the gym at the time of the incident, but all escaped safely.

The Family Unites to Rebuild Invitational, planned by the owners of GC2 and the parents association of Dynamics Unlimited, is a fundraising competition to help Cotton, her gymnasts, coaches and parents rebuild the gym, which is located in a Masonic Temple building. The Family Unites to Rebuild Invitational will be held at GC2 in Syracuse, N.Y., on April 24-25, 2010.
