Internship Summary:
USA Gymnastics is seeking well-rounded students looking to excel in the sports industry. Our interns have an opportunity to gain valuable knowledge and hands-on experience working alongside staff in the creative department.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Video content preparation for premier events
• Assist in production for FlipNow & YouTube broadcasts
• Participate in meetings and travel to and work at a number of our events
• On-site event support for premier events
• Other duties as assigned

• 2023 USA Gymnastics Championship: June 18-25, Tulsa, OK
• 2023 American Classic: July 5-8, Katy, TX
• 2023 US Classic: August 1-5, Chicago, IL
• 2023 US Championships: August 21-27, San Jose, CA

• Proficient with Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, other editing software
• Proficient with video camera equipment
• Passion for sport and the ideals of the Olympic Movement
• Organizational sports experience preferred
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Willingness to travel to all events listed above
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, pressured, time-sensitive, and multidisciplinary team environment
• Ability to work as part of a team and tackle problems effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment
• Must successfully complete a background check, and SafeSport course certification
• Lift up to 45 pounds repeatedly, work outdoors and stand for long periods of time

• Applicant must be available for a minimum of 35 hours per week; during event dates; work long days including some weekends and evenings
• Must be currently enrolled in a four-year college/university or graduate program or recently graduated from a four-year accredited college/university. Can receive academic credit for the internship but not required
• Ability and willingness to travel and work weekends/holidays
• This position is based in Indianapolis, IN
• Internship dates may vary, from May to end of August
